Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish two residential structures and restore the sites to a clean, graded condition. Work includes complete building and foundation removal to at least 2 ft below grade, debris disposal, back‑filling with clean earth/rubble, grading to existing contours, sidewalk/curb repair, seeding, and protection of adjacent properties. The contract is awarded on a lowest‑and‑best‑bid basis, requires a performance bond equal to 100 % of the contract value, mandatory insurance coverage, and a pre‑work site inspection. The contractor must begin within 15 calendar days of a notice‑to‑proceed and finish the demolition and restoration within 30 calendar days thereafter, with liquidated damages of $200 per day for any delay.
