Description
The Borough of Carlstadt is seeking a vendor to manage and produce its 2024 Summer Concert Series. The contractor must select and schedule musical acts, provide on‑site sound technicians, supply a stage, lighting, a concert tent, full sound production equipment, and an LED advertising sign, and meet required insurance and business certification requirements. The series comprises six Tuesday evening concerts from late June through September, each lasting roughly two hours.
• Provide a curated list of bands and assign performance dates for six Tuesday nights.
• Supply and set up a 16 ft × 24 ft stage, a 20 ft × 30 ft tent, complete lighting, and full audio‑visual production (sound system, mixing, reinforcement).
• Deliver an LED electric advertising sign for series promotion, and include NJ Business Certificate and Certificate of Insurance with the sealed bid.
