Description
The Madison District Public Schools is seeking a contractor to replace three rooftop HVAC units at Wilkinson Middle School. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, controls, and handling for a complete scope of work. The contractor must have experience with public sector work and must meet certain minimum qualifications, including being licensed to perform the required work in the State of Michigan. The project is part of the District's Sinking Fund improvements, which will run for 10 years until December 1, 2034.
