The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to International Code Council, Inc. for the purchase of online, self-paced training courses covering the 2024 International Building Code (IBC) Significant Changes. The contract is for a one-year term and includes training for 350 students.
