South Street Sidewalk Project

The Town of Castleton is requesting sealed bid proposals from contractors for the construction of the South Street Sidewalk Project. The project includes the construction of 940 LF of new sidewalk and appurtenances along South Street from VT Route 4A (Main Street) to University Drive. The project has an expected duration of 90 days. • The project includes construction of new sidewalk and appurtenances. • A pre-bid conference will be held on April 1st at 9:00 AM at the Castleton Town Office. • A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. • Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. • Bidding documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office. • The project has an expected duration of 90 days.
