ON-CALL ENGINEERING

The City of Englewood is soliciting firms for On-Call Engineering work on an as-needed basis. The selected consultant teams will provide rapid response capabilities for emergency situations, planned project support, and specialized technical expertise to supplement the City's internal engineering capabilities. Services shall be delivered on an as-needed basis with individual task orders issued throughout the contract period. The City is seeking long-term agreements for General Consultant Services to provide professional services and assistance on an as-needed basis to support a variety of discipline areas, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and facilities systems. • Technical disciplines include distribution pipeline design, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, sewer collection piping, pump stations and hydraulics, electrical instrumentation and controls design, and others. • The City is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive on-call engineering services across multiple disciplines. • The selected consultant teams will provide services to support municipal infrastructure projects, maintenance operations, and capital improvements. • The contract will be for an initial one-year base period, with an option to extend for four additional one-year periods. • The City reserves the right to modify or reject any contract for the acquisition of goods and/or services submitted to it for consideration.
