Description
The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking a contractor to provide a welding head and welding machine. The welding head must be a Magnatech Model 420P Weld Head Assembly, and the welding machine must be a Magnatech Pipemaster, Model 516E. The contractor must provide traceability documentation to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must submit quotations via email at [email protected].
• The contractor must include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, and whether or not the company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
