25-179 FREYS ROAD LOW PRESSURE SEWER EXTENSION

The Harford County Government is seeking bids for the installation of a low-pressure sewer system for 10 waterfront houses in the 500 block of Freys Road, Edgewood, MD. The project includes the installation of approximately 700 feet of small diameter sewer pipe, 9 grinder pumps with concrete ballast, electrical wiring, testing, appurtenances, and restoration as described. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and install the sewer system to replace existing septic systems. • The project requires prequalification with a D-1 Sanitary Sewers designation. • A bid deposit is required. • A pre-bid conference will be held on Jan 7 2026 3:00PM at the Water and Sewer Training Room located at 3334 Abingdon Road, Abingdon, Maryland 21009. • The project does not have a Small Business Reserve Designation.
