Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of 1,500 IG crossties to be delivered to Durbin, WV, and 570 IG crossties to be delivered to Moorefield, WV. The crossties must meet specific requirements, including being 7” x 9” x 8'6” in size, 100% end-plated, and made of mixed hardwoods and oak with creosote pressure treatment. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
