Description
The Clackamas County is seeking bids for the McBrod Roof Replacement project. The project involves replacing the roof of the 9000 SE McBrod building. The bid includes the replacement of vents, and the installation of a new roofing system. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating with the county's facilities maintenance electricians to turn off and move utilities and electrical components. The vendor will also be responsible for incorporating the design of the fall anchor system provided by Guardian into the project.
• Replacement of the existing roof with a new roofing system
