Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, on behalf of Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to NSI-MI TECHNOLOGIES INC. for a Near-Field Range (NFR) upgrade. The contract requires the delivery, installation, and calibration of a vertical Cylindrical Near-Field (CNF) system, including an Azimuth Antenna Positioner, Antenna Range Controllers, and cylindrical near-field software. The contractor will also provide training for TYAD operators on software operation, equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
