Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is seeking an Offeror to repair a pipe culvert on SR 4009 through the installation of a High-Density Polyethylene pipe culvert liner. The project involves determining the necessary diameter and liner thickness, constructing access and working areas, dewatering and flushing the pipe, installing the liner, and grouting the annular space between the existing pipe and the liner pipe. The selected Offeror will be required to submit a commercial invoice and complete a Confirmation of Service form. The project is expected to last for 1 year.
