Calaveras Road Landslide Repair

The City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to perform assessment, design, construction support, permitting, and environmental analysis for the landslide repair and improvement of the City-owned road segment on Calaveras Road. The project site is located approximately 1,500 feet east of the Evans/Piedmont Road and Calaveras Road intersection. The scope of work includes assessment, design, construction support, permitting, and environmental analysis. • The project requires the proposer to be licensed and bonded in accordance with industry practices, laws, rules, and regulations governing the performance of services required in this RFP. • The proposer must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, company profile, execution plan, personnel assigned, references, and proposed compensation. • The City reserves the right to amend the schedule as necessary. • The evaluation criteria include cover letter, company profile, execution plan, personnel assigned, references, and proposed compensation.
