I-95 & Boynton Beach Blvd. Interchange Utility Relocation

The City of Boynton Beach is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for an interchange utility improvement project. The project involves relocation, adjustment, and/or protection of existing water and wastewater utility infrastructure. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and services necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Relocation, adjustment, and/or protection of existing water and wastewater utility infrastructure • Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and services necessary to complete the project • Compliance with project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable regulatory requirements • Completion of the project within the specified timeframe
