I-95 / I-695 INTERCHANGE EXPRESS TOLL LANES – RAMPS MB & MH

The ramps will connect eastbound I‑695 to northbound I‑95 Express Toll Lanes (ETL) and westbound I‑695 to northbound I‑95 ETL, merging into a single lane before passing through the toll gantry. Work includes demolition of existing pavement/structures, installation of new concrete/steel ramp substructures, roadway paving, utility relocation, traffic control devices, signage, lighting, toll‑gantry integration, environmental compliance (wetland protection), and full project documentation.
