Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to furnish and install loop detector sensors in Berks County. The project includes the installation of sensors at two locations: Ben Franklin Hwy & Old Airport Rd, and Ben Franklin Hwy and Monocacy Creek in Amity Twp. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and labor for the project.
• The project is expected to commence on the date of the awarded purchase order and be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workplace safety laws.
• The contractor must provide a certification of compliance with Pennsylvania's Unemployment Compensation Law, Workers' Compensation Law, and other labor laws.
• The contractor must report any changes in compliance status to the Purchasing Agency immediately.
