Tree Pruning Service for Military Family Housing (MFH), Misawa Air Base, Japan

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide tree pruning services for Military Family Housing (MFH) at Misawa Air Base, Japan. The contractor will be required to prune, cut, trim, and shape approximately 676 trees that are overhanging or touching buildings and carports, or otherwise posing potential safety hazards. The work must be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and commercial industry practices. • The contractor must have a Japanese License/Certification for "Koshosagyosha-Untentokubetsukyoiku" and "Koshosagyosha-Untenginokoshu" issued by the Government of Japan. • The contractor must attend a site visit at Misawa Air Base, Japan. • The contractor must provide recent and relevant past performance information performed in a U.S. military installation within 3 years from the issuance date of the RFQ. • The contractor must provide a certificate/consent for subcontracting signed by representatives of both parties if they plan to work with a subcontractor.
