Description
The Hastings Area School System is seeking bids for the HS Phase 3 Renovations project, part of the 2023 Bond Projects. The project includes various bid divisions such as General Trades, Flooring & Tile, Food Service Equipment, Electrical, Drywall, Insulation, Acoustical, Painting, and Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing). The project is a non-prevailing wage project, and all bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship and an Iran Business Affidavit.
• Bid divisions included on this project: 060000, 096000, 114000, 260000, 091000, 099000, 222300
• The project is a sealed bidding process, and bid numbers are not visible to other contractors until after the bid due date and time have passed
• The board will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission
• Bid documents are available electronically, and there is no fee for electronic copies of the plans and specs
