RFSOQ: County of San Benito Free Library Renovation Project

The County of San Benito is seeking a qualified Design‑Build team to renovate and modernize its 15,000‑sq‑ft Free Library in Hollister, adding approximately 1,640 sq ft of new space. The scope includes seismic and structural upgrades, fire‑life safety, accessibility improvements, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, technology, security, and interior finishes, as well as permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, and close‑out.
