Design Services for the Eagle and Market Street Streetscape

The City of Asheville is seeking qualified teams led by a landscape architect for a streetscape project in downtown Asheville. This will include design through construction completions. The project goal is to improve use of the public space with a cohesive and inspired design for the historic Block gateway area. • The project is expected to start in Spring 2026 • The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications • The City requires contractors/vendors entering into a contract with the City to provide a drug-free workplace in the performance of said contract • Prospective Consultants are notified of a City policy that prohibits contracting with persons or firms who are delinquent in the payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville
