Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of aggregates. The contract term will be for three years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. The successful vendor will be required to provide pricing information, complete the "Vendor Contact Information" section, and sign the bid transmittal letter. The state reserves the right to reject any or all bids and add or delete items from the contract.
• The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, or upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later.
• The state will conduct bid openings via electronic means until further notice.
• The successful vendor will be required to submit a quarterly and annual usage report for analysis.
• The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the contract and providing updates to the state.
• The state will not be liable for any costs incurred by vendors in the preparation of bids or for work performed prior to contract issuance.
