The City of Austin’s electric utility (Austin Energy) is issuing an Invitation for Bids to establish a 24‑month “stock‑and‑deliver” contract for capacitor banks and related parts used in its distribution system. The contractor must maintain agreed inventory levels, deliver items within two business days of order, and provide weekly stock status reports.
