Budget estimate

$200,000 – $400,000

Based on the total required tonnage (≈5,040 tons) and typical market rates for aggregate material and haulage in Southern California (≈$30‑$60 per ton depending on size and specification, plus haul costs), the contract value is estimated between $200,000 and $400,000. The lower bound assumes minimal haul rates and lower material costs; the upper bound assumes higher rates for larger 2‑ton rock and longer haul distances to multiple stockpile sites.
