2026 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements - Phase 2

The Metropolitan Airports Commission is seeking a contractor to refurbish, relocate, and replace a passenger boarding bridge, install a new fixed walkway, and perform associated civil, structural, electrical, and security upgrades at Minneapolis‑St. Paul International Airport. This project includes demolition of existing bridge components, installation of new bridge and caissons, concrete pavement work, fuel pipe and hydrant installation, and integration of camera systems and door card readers to meet current MAC design standards. • Refurbish and relocate one (1) passenger boarding bridge and install a new 77‑ft fixed walkway. • Provide civil works: concrete removal/restoration, fuel pipe and hydrant pit installation, and pavement markings. • Install electrical and security components: power units, camera systems, door card readers, and related distribution. • Deliver all associated foundations, caissons, and structural supports. • Must be a QuestCDN plan‑holder and submit bids electronically through the online bid portal.
