Description
The Fulton County Schools are seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide construction services for the roof replacements of Crabapple Crossing and Sweet Apple Elementary Schools. The project involves replacing the roofs of two schools located in Milton and Roswell, Georgia. The selected firm will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
• The project is expected to be completed within a reasonable timeframe after the contract is awarded.
• A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time at Crabapple Crossing Elementary School.
• A site visit will be held immediately after the pre-proposal conference.
• Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the proposal number and date of proposal submission.
