The Los Angeles County Development Authority is seeking quotes for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services. The contractor must have a Class B General Building Contractor license and/or a B-2 Residential Remodeling Contractor license, as well as an EPA "Lead-Safe" certification.
