Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000, based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a design services project for a 1.3-mile trail segment. The cost will depend on the complexity of the design, the number of surveys and meetings required, and the level of detail required for the plans and specifications. The City of Tucker may also have a budget in mind for the project, which could influence the budget. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the experience and qualifications of the consultant, the level of competition for the project, and the City's budget for the project.
