The government is seeking a qualified printer to produce 3,000 tri‑fold pamphlets (8.5 × 11 in., folded to ≈ 3.67 × 8.5 in.) in full‑color on 100‑lb gloss‑coated paper (JCP A181). The pamphlets must have full‑bleed on both sides, UV aqueous coating, and be shrink‑wrapped in packs of 50, each container not exceeding 25 lb. Shipping must be via FedEx or UPS (no USPS or pallets) to a CRDS facility in Capitol Heights, MD, with dual labeling (carrier label and end‑recipient label). Delivery is required by July 17, 2026, after a quote deadline of July 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
