The U.S. Government Publishing Office (acting for the VA) is soliciting bids to print and distribute Vet Center outreach materials, including posters, pocket folders, bilingual brochures, and referral cards. The contractor must perform all printing in‑house (no subcontracting), adhere to strict JCP paper specifications, provide a press‑quality PDF soft proof, package items per detailed cartoning and pallet requirements, and manage random‑copy sub‑lot selection with required certificates. Finished products will be shipped to 263 Vet Center recipient addresses for kitting, with additional proof copies sent to a Lowell Vet Center and the Library of Congress. • No subcontracting of the primary printing function; must meet JCP paper, 2400 dpi resolution, and packaging standards (≤ 45 lb cartons, 275 psi burst).
• Provide random‑copy sub‑lot selections (200 sublots per product) with GPO Form 2678 and Certificate of Selection (Form 917).
