Printing Services and Supplies

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified vendors to provide catalog and hourly‑rate contracts for printing services and related supplies to the GoodBuy Purchasing Cooperative, serving school districts and other public entities in Texas. The contract will be a “catalog” agreement effective from February 1 2027 through January 31 2028, allowing members to purchase printed materials at pre‑negotiated rates. Vendors must submit a $50 non‑refundable administrative fee, complete required certifications (W‑9, DEI policy, felony disclosure, residency, boycott certifications, etc.), and provide price lists or hourly rates for services. The award will be based on compliance, pricing, and ability to meet the 2 % participation fee structure. • Contract period: 12 months (02/01/2027 – 01/31/2028) • Services: Commercial printing (brochures, flyers, forms, etc.) and related supplies (paper, toner, etc.) • Pricing: Catalog discounts or hourly labor rates; bids must be firm for at least 90 days • Mandatory certifications: W‑9, DEI policy, felony disclosure, Texas residency, boycott compliance, etc. • Administrative fee: $50 payable within 48 hours of bid closing • Participation fee: 2 % of invoiced sales to GoodBuy members, reported monthly • Minimum sales requirement: $5,000 per contract year • Submission deadline: 12/1/2026 10:00 AM CT, electronic via the ESC2 portal
