This Invitation to Bid seeks qualified vendors to establish “catalog” contracts supplying books, periodicals, media, supplies, and related systems for libraries within the Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative region. The contract will be effective from March 1 2027 through February 28 2028 and requires vendors to submit detailed price catalogs, discount structures, and compliance certifications. An administrative fee of $50 is required, and a 2 % participation fee applies to all sales made under the contract. Vendors must provide various certifications (DEI, felony disclosure, residency, anti‑boycott, etc.) and agree to monthly sales reporting.
