This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive suite of library goods and services for Atlantic County, New Jersey. Fifteen distinct categories are outlined, ranging from print books and multimedia to electronic databases, library supplies, and specialized bibliographic and training services. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to offer competitive discounts, provide MARC records, support electronic ordering (EDI/9xx), and accept the County’s electronic voucher/payment system. All proposals must include required certifications (business registration, affirmative‑action, non‑collusion, and various disclosure forms) and be submitted electronically by the deadline.
• 15 service/product categories including wholesale books, retail books, legal reference, foreign‑language sets, large‑type books, magazines, music CDs, DVDs/Blu‑ray, bibliographic/technical services, electronic reference books, digital media, subscription databases, library supplies/equipment, and related services.
• Mandatory vendor capabilities: competitive pricing, MARC record provision, EDI/9xx ordering, free or low‑cost shipping, and acceptance of County’s vouchering system.
