Design New Parking Lot for 635 N. Erie

The City of Toledo is seeking a qualified professional‑services firm to provide full design engineering for a new parking lot at 635 N. Erie. The scope includes site surveying, grading, roadway and streetscape design, lighting, electric‑vehicle charging infrastructure, storm‑water management, permitting, and the production of construction‑document sets (50 %–100 %). The firm must also support bid preparation, coordinate with utilities, and prepare all required permits and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. • Perform topographic surveys and determine back‑fill elevations after demolition (per Addendum 1). • Design access roads, curbs, sidewalks, lighting, and three Level‑2 EV charger pedestals. • Prepare all permitting packages (Ohio EPA, Corps of Engineers, flood‑hazard, etc.) and a SWPPP. • Deliver design deliverables in AutoCAD/PDF formats and provide cost estimates for each design phase.
