Description
The Daviess County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified vendor to renovate the office space at the Schertzinger Building. The renovation includes installing new doors, frames, and hardware, as well as providing new electrical and data installations. The vendor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work. The contract term agreement will be upon approval of Daviess County Fiscal Court.
• The vendor must provide a lump sum price for the entire project.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required.
• The vendor must complete the work within the specified timeframe.
