Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for an Interferometric Displacement Measuring System. The system should have a selectable measuring rate of up to 6.0 kHz, a measuring range of 2.1 mm, and a linearity of +/- 10 nm. The quotation should include the country of origin, a fully executed copy of the ANL-70A reps and certs, and a fully executed copy of the RFQ document, including estimated lead time and import costs where applicable.
• The system must meet the specified technical requirements.
• The quotation should include firm fixed pricing in US Dollars.
• The quotation must be received by 05/22/2026, 5:00 PM CST.
• The contract will be subject to the Argonne Terms and Conditions attached to the solicitation.
