Table-Top Free Space Measuring System - USDA-ARS Auburn AL

The USDA-ARS National Soil Dynamics laboratory (NSDL) is seeking information about specialized microwave instruments that can measure reflection and transmission data without touching or destroying the sample. The instrument should have a small table-top frame, two probes with a frequency range of at least 2.5 GHz to 20 GHz, and a versatile sample holder. The instrument should also have software for VNA that calculates the S-parameters and enable free space measurement methods to characterize materials.
