The Kenai Peninsula Borough is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish and level the existing residential structure at 324 West Fairview Avenue, Homer, AK, and to handle all associated debris removal, site grading, and temporary safety measures. The scope includes complete demolition of a 2,100 sq‑ft bi‑level home and attached garage, removal of all concrete and basement slab, back‑filling with on‑site dirt, provision of temporary fencing, and compliance with Alaska Title 36 wage and bonding requirements.
