Aggregate Materials

The City of Canon City is soliciting sealed offers for furnishing aggregate materials. The scope of this bid is to supply aggregate materials as specified, to be picked up or delivered to City job sites in various amounts and at various times throughout the calendar year of 2026. The vendor shall furnish the City with tests, gradations, and standard proctors for compaction for the aggregates they propose to use. The City reserves the right to require representative samples, certificates of compliance, gradations, or tests of aggregates as necessary during the contract period. • The City will only accept electronic submissions in response to this RFP. • The submission deadline is Dec 02, 2025, 11:00 am MST. • Proposals shall be submitted in PDF format. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses or to waive any irregularities or informalities therein. • The final award shall be made by the City Council in the best interests of the City.
