Description
The Mid-Michigan Leadership Academy is soliciting sealed proposals for the replacement of the gym floor and bleachers at their facility. The project includes the preparation of the existing gymnasium flooring, overlaying it with a synthetic rubber shock pad, and covering it with a high-quality multi-purpose plastic resin surface material. The existing bleachers will be demolished and removed, and a new wall-mounted, electronically operated, and telescopically designed bleacher system with a minimum capacity of 300 seats will be installed. The successful bidder will be required to complete the project by August 14, 2026, for the gym floor replacement and by November 27, 2026, for the bleacher replacement.
• The project requires the bidder to provide a site-specific safety plan, obtain necessary permits, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bidder must also provide a 1-year workmanship warranty and maintain insurance coverage for the duration of the project.
