C5613071-D, Rebid 3 Water Wastewater Sampling and Analysis Services PBSP only

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking a certified laboratory to perform water and wastewater sampling and analysis services for Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP). The contractor will be required to provide shipping materials for transporting samples to CDCR institutions and mailed to a qualified laboratory. The contractor may also be required to provide courier services to ensure delivery to the laboratory within the applicable "hold time". The contract term is expected to be one year, with an option to renew. • The contractor must be a certified laboratory. • The contractor must provide rate(s) on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. • The contractor must comply with all requirements prescribed in the IFB. • The contractor must provide a Bidder Declaration (GSPD-05-105) to confirm DVBE participation. • The contractor must provide a completed DVBE Incentive Request and Subcontractor Acknowledgement form (OBS 554) if claiming DVBE participation.
