Notice of intent to sole source

The agreement aims to reduce downtime to HVAC systems by having direct access to Siemens technicians and resources. The key aspects of the job include: • Troubleshooting and repairing issues with the Siemens Apogee controls • Educating MCAAP electric shop employees on the newly installed systems • Providing software updates, firmware updates, programming, and server software support • Offering factory-certified training covering all Siemens products The US Army believes that utilizing Siemens professional technicians and support will minimize delays and ensure the smooth operation of the HVAC systems.
