Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for total knee replacement surgical instruments. The requirement includes a space-saving component, such as a cabinet for storage, and a minimal number of instrument containers. The total knee instruments must be brand name or equal to Zimmer Biomet Persona series. The contractor will provide total knee instruments along with cabinets for storage to the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center. The period of performance is 90 days.
* The contractor must deliver total knee instruments to the place of performance.
* The contractor must provide standard delivery available 5 days/week Monday-Friday.
* The contractor must provide local manufacturer representation availability 5 days/week Monday-Friday.
* The contractor must assign a specific dedicated customer service manager for order processing.
* The contractor must provide IFU for proper cleaning and sterilization.
* The contractor must provide efficient care cabinets and bins.
