Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a term contract for sports court surface repairs and resurfacing. The contract will require the selected bidder to perform repairs and resurfacing of sports courts as needed. The bidder will be required to complete all necessary forms and upload them, complete the Volume 3 Excel sheet, and upload the spreadsheet. The evaluation criteria include the bidder's name and title, completion of necessary forms, and completion of the Volume 3 Excel sheet.
• The bidder must be the Primary/Master VSS User on their account to submit an electronic bid.
• The bidder must download all file attachments and read them thoroughly before responding to the solicitation.
• The bidder must complete any required documents, such as inclusion forms or Excel price tables, before submitting an online bid.
• The bidder must input their bid in the "Contract Amount" box and answer all questions in Step 3 before proceeding.
• The bidder must upload all required documents before submitting their bid.
