Request for Proposal Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy

Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) is seeking a provider of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services for adults and children in Macomb County. The selected provider will be expected to deliver services in a community-based setting and demonstrate experience serving individuals with severe mental illness, intellectual developmental disability, and serious emotional disturbance. The provider must be licensed by the State of Michigan and comply with Medicaid guidelines. The contract will be awarded through September 30, 2027, with an option for renewal. Key responsibilities include: • Providing Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services • Utilizing the MCCMH electronic medical record for claims submission and clinical documentation • Supporting individuals served in service arrangements to reach their goals and objectives • Working with the MCCMH Managed Care Division to support level of care determination, authorization, and utilization management needs • Demonstrating competency and knowledge of the Michigan mental health system and Medicaid rules and regulations
