This solicitation calls for the procurement, delivery, and installation of two industrial aqueous parts washers—one for each of two Maine Army National Guard facilities (FMS #1 in Saco and FMS #2 in Auburn). The washer must meet extensive technical specifications (1,000 lb load, 40 in cleaning height, 3 hp pump, 208 V 3‑phase, etc.) and be supplied with 80 lb of non‑hazardous, biodegradable detergent. Vendors must handle site‑specific logistics (no dock/elevator at FMS #1, dock available at FMS #2), protect existing structures during installation, and clean up all waste. The contract includes one follow‑up visit after installation and requires the vendor to coordinate with facility points of contact at least two weeks prior to delivery.
