Provide and Construct Tube Steel Building(s) with 4" Concrete Slab for the Training Grounds

The Smith County Emergency Services District 2 is seeking a contractor to provide and construct tube steel buildings with 4" concrete slabs for their training grounds. The project includes grading and concrete slab work, as well as the construction of the buildings, including frames, roofs, siding, doors, and overhead doors. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the specifications and scope of work outlined in the RFP. • The project is located at the District's Training Facility at 11047 FM14, Tyler, TX 75706. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor for the project. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder who submits the best value proposal based on the specifications and criteria published in the RFP. • The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or defects in proposals. • The contractor will be required to maintain worker's compensation insurance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
