This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply, deliver, and install metal storm doors, insulated tempered glass windows, frames, and associated hardware for multiple Nottingham‑site facilities owned by the City of Cleveland. The work is limited to product delivery and installation; all demolition, masonry, flooring, and painting are excluded and will be performed by Cleveland Water Department staff. Bidders must include freight costs within unit prices, provide required compliance forms (Northern Ireland affidavit and Wage Theft disclosure), and submit all documentation via email by the stated deadline.
• Supply of 18‑gauge galvanized metal doors, ½‑inch tempered insulated glass units, and 16‑gauge frames.
