Description
The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a contractor to perform housing repairs for moderate-income homeowners. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, electrical, and roofing repairs. The project is supported by the 2023-2025 Biennium Appropriation of the NC General Assembly State Grant. The maximum budget for this project is $20,000 for Workforce/Urgent Housing Repairs and $40,000 to $50,000 for H.O.M.E Project Repairs.
