Description
The Pleasantville Board of Education seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive auditing services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, including the statutory annual audit, compliance audits, preparation of the ACFR, and related advisory work. Vendors must submit a sealed proposal package by the June 26, 2026 deadline and meet extensive New Jersey statutory, certification, insurance, and de‑barment requirements. The contract will run roughly from July 2026 through early December 2026, with the possibility of a one‑time renewal for an additional year.
• Scope: statutory audit, Single‑Audit compliance, ACFR delivery, management reporting, and optional hourly services.
• Requirements: Minimum three NJ‑licensed CPAs and three Public School Accountants, professional liability insurance, numerous certifications (anti‑bullying, de‑barment, OFAC, Iran investment, political‑contribution, ownership disclosure).
• Submission: sealed envelope, original & duplicate copies, all required forms signed in original ink; no electronic submission permitted.
