Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools is seeking a vendor to fully operate, maintain, and invest in the newly‑constructed tennis facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. The contractor will provide all upkeep, repairs, and annual upgrades at its own expense, receiving in‑exchange the right to use the courts after school hours for approved programming that can generate revenue. The work includes routine surface cleaning, net and fence upkeep, lighting maintenance, landscaping, graffiti removal, and a required annual resurfacing investment. The vendor must also submit programming plans, give the school at least five days’ notice before any use, and comply with extensive insurance, background‑check, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive O&M of tennis courts, lighting, fencing, and surrounding grounds at no cost to MNPS.
• Fund all annual maintenance and capital improvements while gaining rights to schedule community programs and lessons on the courts.
• Meet strict insurance limits ($1 M general liability, automobile, sexual‑abuse; $100 k employer liability) and provide certifications for de‑barment, non‑discrimination, ADA, and Iran‑divestment compliance.
• Submit a detailed maintenance plan, programming plan, and cost‑narrative explaining self‑funding strategy.
• Maintain records for five years and adhere to MNPS’s termination, warranty, and reporting provisions.
